News and Info

Fall Semester 2008. We've gotten off to a good start in CATCOM this year. FastForward is up and running daily, and we are on track to air our first FOXThirTEEN Magazine show on September 27.

Mr. Granning is enjoying his retirement very much.  Ms. Heeren wants to thank all the alumni who have stopped by to wish us luck.

Thursday, May 29, 2008. At 8:00 pm in the Lakewood Auditorium, students, faculty, administrators, parents, and alumni joined together to thank Mark Granning for the impact he has made on individual lives and the quality of education at CAT, Lakewood, and Pinellas County. It was a great evening. We wish you the very best in your retirement, Mr. Granning - you deserve it.

Coming soon: the ability to share where you are now, and how you got there. Also, if you'd like to help CATCOM continue to set the standard for student television, Melissa Heeren, the new CATCOM instructor, welcomes all offers of visits, mini-training sessions, and mentoring from the LAMP and CATCOM alumni. Contact her at heerenm AT cat DOT pcsb DOT org.
